All tours and safaris are conducted in English (Foreign languages on request)
All tour prices include entrances to the national parks, museum, and prices are subjected to change.
The company have the right to cancel tours and clients will be notified in time and a full refund will be paid back to clients.
The clients must notify Swangs Safaris about a cancellation
10 days before tour departure (no refund)
20+ days before tour departure (60% will be refunded to clients)
30+ days before tour departure (Full refund will be paid to clients)
All tours and safaris include entrances fees to all museum, national park and monumentss , unless otherwise specified.
Our tours and safaris do not includes medical insurance, malaria pills, repellent, mosquitoe nets, sun screen, cameras, binoculars, sun glasses, caps and refreshments.
All clients traveling with Swang Safaris must have travel insurance, covering medical prescriptions and personal accident cover.
Swangs Safaris accommodate people of all different ages.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and children under the age of 10 pay half price.
Changing of itineraries can be done as per client’s requests.
Please note: the car break down, strikes, wars, unavailability of activities at national parks Swangs Safaris may provide an alternative as to give value for money. Our itineraries can be personalised on client’s request.
Camping clients will be asked to bring sleeping bags for camping tours. Swangs Safaris provides sleeping bags which clients can rent for R70.00.
Our sleeping bag can be used in cold weather below zero (0) degrees Celsius in winter.
Clients need to state if they will need to rent a sleeping bag when booking a tour.
Clients need to indicate when booking the tour, whether they will use credit card or cash.
Swangs Safaris accept all methods of payments, cash, and credit card and foreign currencies (dollar/euros and pounds)
Overseas Clients can pay online and our payments services are safe and protected by a credible online security company.
Payments can be done at our travel agencies when booking with agents. Clients can also pay direct to Swangs Safaris; they can use credit card 3% charge) and cash.
Clients need to pay a non-refundable 50% to Swangs Safaris when booking directly and the remaining balance will be paid before tour departure to our staff (guides and drivers).
Swangs Safaris will pick up clients anywhere in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Pick ups can be arranged from hotels, lodges, hostels, guesthouses, private homes, backpackers and bed & breakfast.
Swangs Safaris will confirm your pick up point a day before the tour departures, the place where you will stay, pick up time etc.

Swangs Tours and safaris adhere to the law of the South African Police Services. Swangs Safaris and tours will not be held responsible for clients breaking the law.
Swangs Safaris will not held responsible for lost luggage, damage luggage or broken luggage while on tour. We advise our clients to take backpacker luggage when doing Kruger national park and Pilanesberg national park, when doing tours around Johannesburg and Pretoria they can bring a handbag which is easy to carry.
Swangs Safaris will not be held responsible for damages to luggage, loss of items (such as cameras, binoculars, phones, ipod) the company will not be held responsible for natural dissasters, terrorism, strikes, wars, delays, sickness, illness or animal attacks.
Swangs Safaris will not be held responsible for accidental death.
